HUBER Technology, Inc. is a growing wastewater machinery manufacturer located just outside of the Charlotte, NC. We are looking for an experienced Field Service and Aftermarket Sales Director to add to our team!

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in industrial machinery with a customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

Position Highlights:

  • Member of the executive team
  • Strong business acumen to support the development of corporate plans, goals, and strategies.
  • Responsible for fulfilling delivery of contracted service commitments, as well as performance of the parts and repair group.
  • Holds profit and loss accountability for all services provided to all clients.
  • Supports sales and business development activities as they pertain to driving overall company growth through sales of parts, service, and maintainence contracts.
  • Service Procurement, Service Management, Demand Solutions and Engineering and Consulting
  • Rationalization and improvement of service line performance metrics
  • Ensure that the business runs smoothly and that contributing parties, both internal and external are well informed, coordinated, and resourced
  • Ensure adherence to protocol, deadlines, workload guidelines, and coordination with other departments
  • Support development of new capabilities to meet client needs
  • Develop and implement the planning, organizing, and control mechanisms needed to set objectives, track progress and maintain accountability
  • Manage departmental budgets, including fees, income overhead costs, utilization etc., to achieve profitability
  • Leverage technology enablement to drive efficiency and productivity across the service organization
  • Manage the on-going operational data required to maintain the highest level of confidence possible within the aftermarket and service teams
  • Ensure complete compliance with regulations, environmental policies, Health and Safety policies and processes
  • Develop performance goals and metrics
  • Oversee and supervise staff members working on assigned projects including but not limited to providing instruction, direction, and mentoring

Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • Capable of building client confidence and growing the business through continuous, successful delivery of committed results.
  • Ability to work autonomously, has outstanding communication skills, is detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer service skills and has the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful, positive approach.
  • An Undergraduate Degree in a Business, Engineering, Science, or related field is required plus 10+ years progressive experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous technical hands-on experience with managed services offering are required
  • Business development experience a plus
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
  • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.

Travel Requirements

Up to 30% travel domestically and internationally to meet business and client needs
